The Intradus GmbH and its Executive Board as well as their employees take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

Everybody strictly abides by the Data Protection Acts. Individual-related data is only collected on the necessary technical scale on this website. In no case the collected data is sold or for any reasons handed on to a third party.

The following declaration gives a review how this protection is granted and what kind of data is collected for which reason.

Data Handling on the Intradus Filter Servers

• Intradus employees will never inspect contents of external e-mails (e-mail-body) without request or knowing.

• E-mails that are not filtered (“good” e-mails) are usually only for seconds on the systems and are only stored temporary if they cannot be delivered.

• E-mails which are identified as SPAM are stored but only examined by an Intradus employee by expressed desire of the customer (“False Positives”- Cases).

• The protection of all Intradus servers against unauthorized access is state-of-the-art and regularly maintained.

Data Handling on Internet Sites

The Intradus GmbH collects and saves your server logfiles information which are transmitted to us by the browsers automatically. Such as:

• Type/version of browser

• used operating system

• Referrer URL

• IP address and Hostname of the accessing computer

• Time

These data is not classifiable to certain persons for the Intradus GmbH. A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out – the data is only evaluated statistically and will be removed afterwards.

Exceeding individual-related information like name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not collected unless these information is given voluntarily e.g. Within the scope of a registration, a survey, a contest, for the management of a contract or for an information enquiry.

The protection of all Intradus servers against unauthorized access is state-of-the-art and regularly maintained.

Cookies

Internet sites can use so-called cookies. They serve to make the offer more effective and friendlier. Cookies are small text files which are deposited on the computer of the user and saved by the browser. Most of the used cookies are so-called “session cookies” which are only saved for the time of the visit of the Intradus website.

Who would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website has to provide his e-mail address as well as information which allows the examination of the authenticity of his e-mail address. Further data is not collected.

The consent for storing the data, the e-mail address as well as its use for sending the newsletter can be withdrawn at any time.
